The Remarkable African Women (RAW) Summit is a first-of-its-kind gathering in Africa of inspiring and influential women, visionaries, and industry leaders who are keen on promoting and increasing the participation of African women in all facets of the community and leadership.

African women have been omitted from the stories of the Zeitgeist of gender equality reflected in global movements such as #MeToo and #TimesUp. By championing the African woman’s narrative, RAW facilitates community conversations locally and globally to amplify the authentic stories of African women, elevating the African woman’s voice to deliver her own feminist narrative. As Africa experiences economic growth and political changes, the summit is also equipping, strengthening, and supporting women to assume leadership positions and become catalysts for advancements on the continent.
