Family businesses are major contributors to the global economy but with the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the world’s economy, several family businesses have shut down, while others are struggling to survive. Also, gender inequality in many parts of Africa affects the performance and sustainability of female-founded family businesses in comparison to their male counterparts. This is why we partnered with AFF for this three-day virtual conference, to empower the rising generation of female African business founders and provide African women-led businesses with the resources they need to truly compete on a global stage.
The conference holds from Jan 18th to 20th and will feature family business leaders, top female-founders, as well as experts from a variety of sectors.
