REMARKABLE AFRICAN WOMEN SUMMIT
The RAW Summit is a first of its kind gathering in Africa of inspiring and influential women, visionaries, and industry leaders who are keen on promoting and increasing the participation of African women in all facets of community and leadership.
AWB@UNGA explores how the perceptions and stereotypes about black women affect every aspect of their lives: education, career advancement, access to financing/raising capital, beauty standards, healthcare, etc.
Through Chics Code, AWB aims to bridge the gender gap in STEM-based disciplines, particularly technology. We facilitate the school-to-work pipeline for young women in tech through skills development programs, recruitment drives, application advisory, and internship placements.
